“We get ripped off a lot. I often spot a button image that’s been repurposed, or a layout that’s just a little bit too inspired by a previous design we’ve done. Generally, we find it really flattering and have a good laugh - if nothing else, it makes us feel that we’re probably doing something right if people are so eager to plagiarize. But earlier today a friend linked me to Mozilla’s new JetPack design and my jaw dropped.
“The design goes well beyond imitation - they literally copied images straight off of our site.”
What is your response?
Day Fifthteen of 365. Midnight snack!
Day Fourteen of 365. After a long busy weekend, I installed a new PC game, Dirt 2. My jaw dropped when I test the game, the awesome graphics and realistic game simulation makes you feel like a real rally driver!
I recommend this game to everyone who loves racing mostly best used with DirectX 11(works only on Windows 7) and steering wheel.
Day Twelve of 365. Serving my desktop PC 24/7. :)
Day Eight of 365. Gearing up for my third wedding coverage to be held at The Orchard Golf and Country Club in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Nissin Di622 as my slave flash.
Day Nine of 365. Earl and Josie nuptial. This is my third wedding coverage done last Saturday, January 9th, 2010 at The Orchard Golf and Country Club. This shot has caught my attention while talking with the bridal car driver.
Day Ten of 365. This is the first time I saw a bride driving on her own wedding, sounds funny eh? But she amazed me! As she said while driving “Pagbigyan niyo na ako, eto na huling drive ko na single ako” (trans: This is my last drive as single).
Marion and Lorelie, was one of the wedding couple I’ve met who made me inspired by their love story.
Day Seven of 365. It’s been a while, I miss eating Maltesers. The last time was seven or eight years ago, I think. Maltesers is one of the best chocolate snacks I had on my desk or pocket whenever I go out.
